Kadina is a 300 meter long × 30 meter tall wall of incredible limestone. The south southwest orientation makes it a wonderful destination for the cooler months of the year and shoulder season. As of 2020 there were 40+ routes with grades that range from 5c to 8a and quite a bit of room for future development. The style of climbing varies with pockets, tufas, roofs and technical face climbing. The Rock is high quality and the bolting is user-friendly. All of these factors combined with a beautiful setting make this one of the best climbing locations in the country.
Getting There-1-hour drive from Skopje, 15 min walk. Kadina is located near the tiny village of Gumalevo. After passing this little village, continue to drive a couple hundred meters to a nice parking area with a large sign that has climbing information. There is an approach diagram for the wall along with beta in numerous languages.
From the parking take the upper dirt driveway south east and follow red/white painted markings that lead to the wall. The path will traverse along the hill side and pass some meadows before heading south west and directly to the base of the crag. The walk is 15 min and you will see the cliff after 10 minutes of walking.
